The TECHART PROTECT warranty has been specifically developed for customized new and pre-owned Porsche vehicles. It provides you independence from the manufacturer's warranty while granting you the freedom to choose greater individuality with ease.

This means you can enjoy the reassurance that your personal refinement never comes at the expense of protection. Your TECHART Porsche remains fully covered with the trust and quality that define the TECHART name.

TECHART PROTECT can be purchased across Europe at any TECHART partner. The prerequisite is a 111-point-check¹ or the TECHART PROTECT Check. The 111-point check can be carried out at a Porsche Centre, while the TECHART PROTECT Check is carried out exclusively by an authorized TECHART partner.

TECHART PROTECT Standard is the basic protection package for new and pre-owned vehicles. It provides reliable protection for your vehicle beyond the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring long-term security and the freedom to individualize your car.

TECHART PROTECT Premium

TECHART PROTECT Premium is a more comprehensive warranty protection and the ideal solution for you if you use your vehicle regularly and intensively. It offers you full protection even with high mileage, ensuring maximum safety and reliability.

TECHART PROTECT Extended Warranty

The TECHART PROTECT Extended Warranty is the ideal solution for you if you want to protect your vehicle even after the manufacturer’s warranty or an existing TECHART warranty has expired. It ensures seamless coverage and long-term value retention of your vehicle.

Option: Extendable by 12 months, up to 10 years or 200,000 km

For which vehicles does TECHART PROTECT have a term of 24 months?

For vehicles up to a maximum of 12 months after initial registration, a term of 24 months is granted.

What do I need to pay attention to during the term so that the warranty does not lapse?

The vehicle must always be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and all required inspections must be carried out. Improper or insufficient servicing of the vehicle may lead to the loss of warranty coverage.

Which repair shops support me in the event of a claim?

For repairs, warranty checks and maintenance, only TECHART partners and Porsche Centers are accepted.

Which information do I receive when concluding a warranty?

For each warranty, a warranty protocol is provided. This document specifies the exact warranty period. It also lists all key information about the covered vehicle: VIN, model, license plate, mileage, etc. The terms and conditions of the warranty and the contact details of your point of contact in the event of a claim are also enclosed.
