Wand more sport in sport mode? Available for the 718 S and 718 GTS models with TECHART’s easy to install powerkits. With the TECHTRONIC power upgrades, the power-boosted models do not only accelerate faster than the standard versions. Even compared to the new 6-cylinder models 718 Cayman GT4 and 718 Spyder, the TECHART-powered 4-cylinders shrink the gap between standstill and 100 km/h / 62 mph.
In the 718 Cayman S and 718 Boxster S, the 2.5 l flat-four engine with TECHART TECHTRONIC provides 480 Nm of torque to the rear wheels (series: 420 Nm), accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 s. Fueled by a total power output of 400 hp, it provides a top track speed of 296 km/h (series: 350 hp / 285 km/h).
For the 4-cylinder 718 GTS models, TECHART’s powerkit enhances the standard 269 kW (365 hp) to 306 kW (415 hp) and increases the maximum torque by another 60 Newtonmeters.
The TECHART TA 082/S1 engine enhancement increases the already powerful performance of the 2.5-liter turbocharged engine further. With the TECHTRONIC powerkit, 480 Nm of torque is delivered to the rear wheels at just 2.800 rpm (standard: 420 Nm).
A maximum power output of 294 kW (400 hp) is available at 6,500 rpm, accelerating the 718 Boxster S and the 718 Cayman S to a top track speed of 294 km/h (standard: 257 kW (350 hp) / 285 km/h). Thus, the gap between standstill and 100 km/h shrinks to just 3.9 s, making the 2.5 l 718 models as fast as a 911 Carrera S.
The TECHART powerkit is activated automatically in SPORT and SPORT PLUS mode. And, like in all TECHART TECHTRONIC powerkits, peace of mind is included as standard, thanks to the extensive warranty which covers engine and drivetrain.

The TECHART exhaust system »Racing« creates a deep, powerful boxersound with a clear difference between “Normal“ and “Sport“ mode. Just like the powerkit, the valve exhaust is controlled with the standard SPORT Button or the optional mode switch.
At standstill, two central titanium TECHART tailpipes with carbon fiber tips indicate the sporty feature. However, the TECHART exhaust system »Racing« can also be combinded with the factory tailpipes.
TECHART spacers ensure an appealing wheel positioning, flush aligned with the wheel arches. Upgrading both, dynamic driving capabilities and sporty styling, TECHART sport springs are highly recommended. The 911's ride height is lowered by up to 30 mm.

Approx. 60 mm of additional ground clearance (718 Cayman GT4 and 718 Spyder: 30 mm) at the front spoiler are provided at the push of a button to prevent grounding through hydraulic ride-height control at the front axle.
